Does anyone have any advice for invocations to Jupiter (music, incense, etc...).

A great overview of Jupiter (with a Greek spin)
http://www.archaeonia.com/religion/dodekatheon/zeus.htm

I only recall offerings of honey and pure water (Roman Life competition in the Junior Classical League so many years ago). I see copal mentioned often as a "Jupiter incense" but copal I think orginates in the new world, so this seems like a recent development.

I have to say, the first music I thought of was Holst, but maybe this seems obvious. Wink

Just curious but why Jupiter?  I think I might have answered my own question while typing.  Does wealth, luck, and ultimate power lead you towards invocation of Jupiter?

mainly luck... i used the thoth tarot trump fortune in some rituals and i have been dragged down by the croc, lifted up and put back together by the monkey, and am now extremely humble and resting under the sphinx... damn that uncalculable factor... overall a very inspiring process...

i am confused and uncertain, enjoying a period of a wealth of knowledge about some repressed aspects of myself.....
