Jenny Everywhere seems to have been created with the conscious intent of becoming something bigger than a servitor and smaller than an egregore. In the past I've spent a lot of time attempting to come up with storyline for groups of shifter characters, but never could put together a plot (not myself possessing meta-temporal omnipresence ^_^).
I'm thrilled by the idea of this character, who resembles my old quasi-main-character Strange in so many ways I have to think it's more than a coincidence. (Except Jenny
seems to lack Strange's urge to go around making other people multidimensional travelers, which is fairly wise of her, considering how much of a hassle it is to give even small amounts of knowledge even to people who want it in the few dimensions we do know how to access!

) Maybe I will in fact write some really awesome poems about Jenny Everywhere the shifter at some point, and the knowledge of having done so will echo back in time to be picked up by my preadolescent self. Or maybe as a preadolescent I was working on creating a character to fulfill a specific need, and enough other people came up with similar images when attempting to fill that same need that a psychic entity spawned naturally, and the version I was working on happened to be close to the one that popped up here. Or maybe I ran across it just now as a "Hey, what's up?" from a psychic entity whose identity/functionalities are well-expressed by the symbol of this character. All three are true and more besides, though of course none is true.

Hail Yes!
Any thoughts on this character and her magical properties, if any? Any other characters with which (whom?) you've had similar experiences? I think this relates also to what we were talking about in the Hypersigils thread, that gray area between a nifty idea, a living magical entity with an apparent independent will (however small), and sigils of varying sizes and complexities which are
employed by entities with will but are not, themselves, entities.
*waggles* Discuss amongst yourselves! I'm getting all verklempt...
